Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world and the largest producer of Robusta. Most of it is grown in the Central Highlands. Robusta from Vietnam is often roasted dark and is used in instant coffee, espresso blends and the country's own famous drip coffee with condensed milk. A growing number of farms now make fine Robusta as well.

Mostly. Some farms in the cooler highlands also grow Arabica.
