Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is grown in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, in cool and misty conditions at high altitude. It is known for a very mild, smooth and balanced cup with low acidity and no bitterness, and it is sold at a high price, partly because of its rarity. It is packed in wooden barrels, which is unusual.
