The Pulney Hills, also spelled Palani Hills, are a range in the Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu, with Kodaikanal as the main hill town. Coffee has been grown here for a long time, mainly Arabica, in shade among other trees. The cool climate and mist give slow ripening and a mild cup.
