CUP CHARACTER

Dark, brooding and unapologetically deep.

Deep, roasted flavor upfront with almost no aciidity- bitter chocolate and dark caramel, with a dry, woody finish from the oak note. Strong enough to cut through milk, built to be felt rather than sipped slowly. The one you make when you want coffee to announce itself

DARK ROAST · ESPRESSO

Bitter Chocolate. Dark Caramel. Oak.

Built for milk, and loud enough to get through it.

The darkest roast in the range, made specifically for espresso. Dense and bittersweet, with almost no acidity to soften it.

Bitter chocolate runs through the whole cup, dark caramel gives it body, oak closes it out dry. It doesn't thin out under steam and it doesn't turn sour if the shot runs long.
